Das House befindet sich in kleinen Dorfes Jakomici. Die zweite Etage des Hauses wurde kürzlich renoviert und besteht aus zwei Wohnungen, jede mit einer Küche, einem großen Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Jede Wohnung ist für 4 Personen geeignet. Sie können sich völlig entspannen, im Garten oder in dem neuen Schwimmbad chillen oder mit uns einen Boots-, Bade- oder Angelausflug machen (nicht inbegriffen). Halb oder Vollpension auf Anfrage möglich, gegen Aufpreis.

Casa Molá

Dieses einzigartige Haus hat seinen ganz eigenen Stil und wurde erst 2024 aus einem alten istrischen Steinhaus aus dem Jahr 1926 renoviert. Für den Sommer 2025 wird das Haus mit einem atemberaubenden Pool ausgestattet, der mit schwarzen Fliesen umrandet ist und an allen vier Seiten überläuft. Casa Molá befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, die größtenteils von Natur umgeben ist. Der örtliche natürliche Kieselstrand ist in nur 10 Gehminuten durch einen Kiefernwald erreichbar.

This lovely and small villa with pool is situated in Gondolici, a little place only 2km from old town Labin. Villa is a typical new istrian house, surrounded by wonderful nature, breathtaking sea view, and view of nearby islands. The villa is for 4-6 persons has 60m2 with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a wonderful terrace covered by pergola, looking at the private pool. Only 2km from this house is a small village Prtlog with fantastic nature, clear sea and beaches.

L'appartamento si trova a 1200 metri dalla spiaggia ed a 500m dal villaggio Beli. Subito sotto la casa si trova il Pansion Tramontana (ristorante). Abbiamo il parcheggio apposito per i nostri ospiti. In spiaggia si puo andare a piedi (10 minuti) o in macchina. Avete a disposizione 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 divano letto in cucina (completamente fornita di tutto l'essenziale), loggia con vista mare, bagnio e TV.
