Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. Great location with easy access to Tucson’s entertainment district.

Each studio is a bit different from each other and all have their own living/sleeping/dining spaces, kitchens and bathrooms. While being different, they all still have great character of the period. The studio has high speed WiFi, 50" smart TV, a Keurig and comfy queen bed. We are located just steps from the street car and a half mile from the University of Arizona or Downtown.
