Artisan Loft in Historic Five Points with Rustic Red Bricks

Explore Denver's art district, then climb the steel stairs to this eclectic loft where vintage charm meets steam-punk fashion. Portuguese-style patterned tiles blend seamlessly with a bottle top coffee table and industrial-chic lighting. This space was a family project (Steve, Lisa and Mick who are brothers and sister) – a carriage house built behind our 1900s house near downtown Denver. The building was designed to mimic older architecture to fit-in with the historic neighborhood. The interior was designed to carry that vintage charm inside with exposed brick and steam-punk fixtures and furniture to blend vintage and industrial design elements. We designed and built the structure including detail such as the black pipe chandelier, steel stair case and funky locker cabinets in the bathroom and bedrooms. Handcrafted items and collections from our family are displayed around the house. The carriage house is exclusively for guests so anything you see is available including food and drink. As much or as little as the guests desire. We will be helpful in answering any questions about the neighborhood and where to eat and drink. Historic Curtis Park is situated between two commercial corridors: Welton and Larimer (RiNo). There are plenty of restaurants, craft breweries, wineries, cideries, and dispensaries nearby. Take the A-Train from DIA to Blake and 38th Station. From there it's a 12-minute walk or a short Uber/Lyft ride. B-Cycle station nearby at 33rd and Araopahoe I'm new at this but my brother Mick hosts the "1880s Carriage House" across the street which is Colorado's Number one airbnb, so I'm getting hosting tips from him.

Our studio space is brand new and accessible through our backyard with a keyless entry system. Our dogs - Jack Jack and Sophie Nacho - may welcome you but there is a gate closing in the space so they won’t be greeting you close up!

Welcome to Oasis on the Park in Denver. Located in the beautiful Jefferson Park neighborhood. Every morning you will wake up to scenic views of the tree-lined Jefferson Park. This area borders Empower Field at Mile High stadium, home of the Denver Broncos football team (less than 5 minute walk). The Children's Museum of Denver, the Downtown Aquarium, and the Platte River Trail. You will find plenty of eateries and bars within walking distance or stay in for a cozy night in the Mile High City.

Center of Lohi Fun

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This space is very much about Colorado. We've added touches from the local area that exemplify our state. This is a basement suite in our home with private entry and all private spaces. We are two blocks from restaurants, breweries, and the entertainment of LoHi. We do have a lively family above the unit and there may be noise at 7 am. However, bedtime/quiet time begins at 8pm. Thank you for your consideration when booking.
