The Annex is to the side of the main property but completely private. The property is situated a short walk from the 'South West Coast Path' near the beautiful Bay of Wembury and the Great Mewstone. The area nestles in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is ideal for access to the local beaches and the coastal path. If you enjoy walking and exploring, the annex is ideal! There's couple of really nice pubs close by too. If you’re looking for a quiet coastal retreat then this is perfect.

The Beach House

The chalet is situated in an area of ‘outstanding natural beauty’ along the Devon costal path. There are two beaches within easy walking distance. Offering outstanding views across Plymouth Sound and the Cornish coast. It really is a idillic place to relax and unwind. There are many other beaches and places of interest (car needed) and Plymouth City Centre is approximately 15 minutes drive away. A large sofa bed that sleeps two, suitable for a family with children, in the lounge.

The Eddy Apartment

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful location by the sea. The apartment has all basic amenities. located on the coastal foot path with great beaches on your doorstep. Great for walks and an ideal place to explore Devon and Cornwall only 5.5 miles to the city centre. The apartment is above a Bar & restaurant so if you don't fancy cooking stroll out the front door and down the stairs to the Eddystone, or sit outside the pub on the large terrace and enjoy a drink.

The Garden Studio at the Tithe Barn

The Garden Studio is situatied in the grounds of the Tithe Barn which dates from 1706. It is a self contained studio with double bed, TV area with sofa, kitchen with counter top oven and walk in wet room. It is situated in Wembury, very close to Langdon Court Hotel and within easy walking distance to Wembury Beach, Church and village. It is also just by the popular South West Coast Path. There are a couple of pubs nearby and a petrol service/shop within 10 minutes drive.
