Welcome to The Coastal Quad, New Jersey’s first pocket resort! You will be booking a stay in one of four luxurious, 1BR tiny cottage suites, so each visit is a new adventure! You will enjoy your own private hot tub, fire pit, grill, fenced-in yard, and access to a shared rooftop mini golf course, retro arcade, full gym with sauna, office, laundry facility and more. Located just steps from a quiet bay beach and a short drive to Cape May and Wildwood, this is the most exciting resort at the shore!

House On The Hill - Historic Private Second Floor

This Guest Space is the full second floor. Have the second floor to yourself, w/private bathroom, sitting area, and two bedrooms. NOTE: host live on the first floor. The family cat Andy might pay a visit (friendly). You use the front door and go right up the steps to your space. The shared part is you can see our space on the stairs and thus may here us but we are quiet. Walking distance to town! Hang out outside & enjoy chairs and a fire-pit if you wish, or take the 5 min walk downtown.

Persimmon Pastures

A quiet country setting in North East MD..located on a 7 acre horse farm with easy access to I95. Enjoy all the serenity of the country yet close to the shopping, marinas, and within 50 mile access to Baltimore, Wilmington and Philadelphia. The property is also within 30 minutes of Fair Hill Natural Resources Area with 5,500+acres and 80+ miles of trails for hiking, biking, and beautiful scenery. Pets are allowed. A pet (dog/cat) fee of $5/night/pet will be requested the day of your arrival.

Secluded and romantic getaway in Chestertown

Escape to a secluded studio hideaway in the middle of Chestertown. Private parking, and over 1 acre of private gardens. Relax in front of the fire with views of gardens in the windows. Kitchenette has large toaster oven, hot plate, microwave, fridge, and Keurig/drip coffee makers. We have an under counter filtration system for pure delicious drinking water. King bed with deluxe linens and mattress, washer dryer. We also host ‘Wren Retweet”, a 5 bedroom house by the carriage house.

Upper Chesapeake Getaway

Come relax with expansive views of the Upper Chesapeake with family or friends. Tucked away in Carpenter's point, you'll find peace watching boats pass by and local wildlife. The newly renovated home features newly 3BR, 1.5 Bath with a fully functional kitchen. You'll enjoy the beautiful sunrise views, water access, kayaks and deck. Local amenities include Great Wolf Water Park, Elk Neck State Park, local restaurants, and Perryville Casino. We welcome you to join the relaxing experience!

"The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Please read "the space" section, which gives room-by-room detail.

The Beach Cabin, NO WI-FI

This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, electric blanket, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard is shared with other guests and has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Bethany Beach is a 10 min drive, Ocean City (145th st) is 20 min, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. TY.

Glennie's Place Quiet Historic Street/Town

A small historic home in the city of Milton, De. Milton offers small USA hometown charm that is close the world famous Delaware beaches. This home was lovingly upgraded, renovated by Glennie's grandson. Enjoy the sunshine off of the back deck while preparing your BBQ. Take a short walk to Milton's city park which is a few minutes from the house off of the Broadkill River. Check out some of the gift shops, eateries, The Milton Theatre, or a tour of the world renown Dogfish Head Brewery.

Spectacular back bay waterfront location with unique views of sunrise & sunsets from front deck.
