Mildred Clodfelter (AKA Millie) was born and raised here, I lived in this house when I worked for KU, our Jayhawk boys, friends, and nephew lived here during their KU days. One block north of the stadium, private parking in the Oread Neighborhood, easy walking to Mass Street and campus, perfect porch, your basic headquarters for Lawrence and KU. Not fancy, but new mattresses and clean linens.

Just 15 minutes north of down town Lawrence, the Big Barn at the Snake Farm Ranch is perfect for a weekend romantic getaway or a family vacation. Ask us about our on site hiking and mountain biking trails if that is something you are interested in. The apartment is on the top floor or a beautiful post and beam barn. Newly constructed, the barn was built to add guest quarters to the main house and to provide sleeping and practice facilities for our local youth mountain bike team(s).

Relax in this stylish space located on a quiet cul-de-sac minutes from campus and downtown. It is close enough to easily get to anywhere in Lawrence, while avoiding the chaos of foot traffic. This basement apartment has its own private living space with a code check-in entrance. The apartment is a one bedroom with a large living room, beautiful hand crafted kitchenette, and a newly remodeled bathroom. We have a beautiful yard and back patio that guests are welcome to use as well.
