Karst house - apartment is located in the village of Nova vas. Typical karst countryside offers relax and sport activities in the nature, great cycling and hiking routes. Vacation for families and for those who wants to explore nature and history. The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

A spacious minimalistic flat with a mediterranean heart. Private entrance, free parking and a big garden. The flat has all the essentials and more but you can always ask if you need something particular and we will try to make it happen. Perfect base to come to while exploring and enjoying all that our region has to offer. We have two shy cats and one very enthusiastic dog on this property so keep in mind that you will be their guest. Pets and kids are welcome but should always be supervised.

The bungalows are surrounded by large green spaces, while the children’s play area, a pool and an outdoor gym are close by and free to use. There is a restaurat serving local food on the place, reservation for the dinner is requested. In the mornings breakfast is available upon reservation. Purchase of excellent wines from our vineyards also possible.
