The home is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood that lends itself to privacy. Beyond, there are countless beaches for fun days by the sea, expansive golf courses, historic sites, and fantastic dining and entertainment options nearby. You can use Cap Cana transport fee with in the complex by a flat rate fee of US$3 per trip.

Das Haus hat allen Komfort, einen Flatscreen, eine Musikbox und natürlich hervorragendes W-LAN. Auf der großen überdachten Terrasse findet Ihr einen schönen Gasgrill. Es gibt eine Feuerstelle und ein Jacuzzi, dieses funktioniert allerdings momentan nicht und ist ungeheizt.
