A vista si apre sul soggiorno una grande cucina attrezzata. Il pian terreno ha uno splendido affaccio sul lago di Pusiano, con un terrazzo dove si può pranzare, cenare, prendere il sole o godersi il panorama. Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa. Dal suo balconcino potrai godere di una fantastica vista sulla città e sul lago.
