With a large living area, two ensuite bedrooms and well equipped kitchen The Annex is the perfect rural retreat for couples and families.

The Bee Hive

Staying in the Bee Hive is like stepping back in time. Built in the 1600s around an ancient tree trunk, it is a gorgeous little character cottage set in the garden of the thatched Thieves' Kitchen, one of the best known houses in the historic village of Haddenham, with easy access to London, Oxford and the Chilterns. There is a kitchen with washing machine, en-suite bathroom, dining area, and a mezzanine with double bed. In the living room there is a desk, with patio doors, and a sofa bed.

Self-contained barn conversion

The Farrow is a pretty self-contained annex within the grounds of Nettlebed Barn. Set in tranquil surroundings on the edge of the 12th century hamlet of Kingsey. It has the additional benefit of stunning picturesque views of rolling fields framed by the beautiful vista of the Chiltern hills. Just a 5 minute drive to Haddenham train station will give you access to central London in 40 minutes and the beautiful and historic city of Oxford in just 29 mins.

The Coach House is a self-contained building with ample parking at the end of a no-through road and surrounded by the Grade I Waddesdon Estate. Waddesdon Manor (NT) is in walking distance, Bicester Village is within easy reach and walks abound. The open-plan ground floor has spacious seating and dining and kitchen areas. The cosy beamed attic contains the bedroom, landing-com-study/dressing area and wet room/bathroom. Sleeps two upstairs in the bedroom.
