Super comfy queen bed, plus two additional sleeping options: a chaise in the bedroom, and a twin-size daybed in the the living room. Keurig coffeemaker and bottled water dispenser. It is 15 minutes to downtown, Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities; 5 minutes to the Warren Parks, Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and Belle Meade Plantation; 5 minutes to I-40; great views, restaurants and dining! You’ll love my place because of the park-like setting, convenient location, and a great neighborhood for walking/jogging. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Hummingbird Haven takes you back to a time when life was simpler. With no TV or internet, the cabin is a sweet disconnection from technology. Of course, we do have running fresh spring water and an indoor bathroom! An on-demand water heater, ensures plenty of hot water for well used muscles, after a long bike ride. There is a radio, board games, and some cellphone service on the porch.

Private- hour from Nashville -minutes to TN River

Very private with everything you need. I do live on the property but in a separate building and am here if you need me - otherwise you do not even need to see me. Plenty of parking including trailers. If there is something special you need - just ask and I'll try to accommodate.
