Just minutes from Manning Point Beach, it offers the ideal spot to start your day with a sunrise walk. This beautiful oasis is absolute beachfront & has direct access to the beach. Completely private & absolutely perfect for a couple or a family of 4. There are so many areas to enjoy, the lush garden, the lounge areas, the alfresco dining space, the captains walk (where you can watch the dolphins), the BBQ area & the magnificent 4 x 10 beachfront swimming pool. The garden is filled with lemon trees & the fire pit is just perfect for those marshmallow toasting evenings under the stars.

Our property is in the quiet town of Old Bar only 50 meters from the beach,with just a short walk to restaurants and shops. It has great ocean views to chill and relax,maybe watch the whales and dolphins, or for the more adventurous there is great surfing kiteboarding fishing ,walking / running tracks, as well as fantastic mountain biking only 10klm away. Just 15min drive to Taree and 25 min to Foster we have 1 king bed 1 queen 3 singles and a koala queen sofa lounge bed & 2 bathrooms.
