'The Snug' is tucked away 50yds up a footpath from the historic Ilfracombe harbour, through private gardens. It is a perfect couple getaway bolthole for those wishing a peaceful retreat. 100yds further up the footpath brings you out onto Portland Street with a 2min walk to the High Street. The flat has it's own small garden at the front, with great views over the harbour, and a small courtyard off of the living room with pot plants and herbs growing for your culinary use when dining in.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Brookside is a purposely developed self-contained studio, part of a period thatched cottage located in the centre of the village of Georgeham. The village has two great pubs and Putsborough, Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe beaches are very close. Backing on to the River Caen and overlooking the beautiful 13th Century Parish Church, the Barn is just a short 5 minute walk away from Braunton's Village centre and North Devon's 4 best surfing beaches are all within a short drive away (3-7 miles).
