Hello! Our home is an 1890 Victorian mansion that we purchased in 2016 and lovingly renovated using a team of local craftspeople and myself. This space is a 2 bed, 2 bath that spans 2 stories with much of its original character preserved. Located in the heart of Midtown just one block from 15+ dining options, Shinola and way more. The space is designed with leisure stays, but also capable of accommodating business travelers. Coffee+Cocktails are now available downstairs, opened in 2023! 8AM-11PM

Exposed walls & ceiling beams, Moroccan rugs, 1970s weavings and mid century furniture make it a chic oasis in a bustling city.

Welcome to historic tree-lined Woodbridge, one of Detroit’s vibrant gems! The Victorian home, built in 1908, has been well cared for, meticulously renovated, and aged gracefully. This garden-level private studio is a modern addition to the home. Within walking/ scooter distance are Wayne State University, Woodbridge Pub, Midtown Detroit, and Motor City Casino. Downtown Detroit and Corktown are within 7 minutes by car and Uber/Lyft. Woodbridge is conveniently accessible to most major freeways.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You'll have a private space in a detached historic carriage house, sharing a yard with the host. We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access. This wonderful 1 bedroom unit is located just minutes from Wayne State University and all the amazing events, activities, restaurants and bars that the City of Detroit has to offer! You will be within about 2 miles from the best that Detroit has to offer. We can accommodate up to 2 guests comfortably, making it the perfect rental for a quick getaway to the city! There is direct access to the back deck and fire pit in the (shared) fenced back yard for enjoying a relaxing evening.

The loft is located in a 1920’s automotive factory, and has retained some of those original elements like exposed brick, hardwood floors, wood pillars and other little details reminiscent of a Detroit’s automotive history. The unit features private access from the side entrance and 17' high vaulted ceilings with a skylight ribbon that cuts through the space to reveal a slice of the sky. Our full kitchen is stocked with essentials. A dining table can accommodate work or meals. The bedroom has a gorgeous view to historic Michigan Central Train Depot.
