Each unit is fully separate. The Destin Doublemint, a bright and airy one-bedroom cottage, is the perfect spot for your beach vacation. It's less than a 2-minute walk to the sand, making it easy to pop back for a dip in the pool or a movie in the AC before walking back over for sunset.

The sugar white sand beaches are just a short drive away, and adventure awaits right at your doorstep on Santa Rosa Sound. Includes pool and marina! Boat slip (28 Ft) available! The unit has a queen bed and futon that lays down to a full size bed. It's very comfortable for small groups. We are real owner-hosts and strive to keep our unit spotless and well supplied for our cherished guests.

ISLANDER BEACH 5TH FLOOR GULF VIEW CONDO - 2BD/2BA

Islander Beach Resort is a 7-story structure of 114 condos on a short 2 mile stretch of Okaloosa Island and sits DIRECTLY on the beach. The building is painted aqua blue and gray, and all units overlook the ocean. There are 2 elevators and lots of parking. Guests can freely access the beach, pool, BBQ pits and parking area (a parking pass is needed), but you will probably spend the majority of your time on our large private balcony overlooking the pool and beach, listening to the waves.

Paddle boards, kayaks , fishing poles and outdoor fire pit. Car needed to get to white sand beaches (4 miles). Shopping close by. A comfy futon in for a second bed. Boat has AC and heat. Located in the Sand Piper Cove Resort, you're provided a range of useful amenities. Including a private beach(5min walk, parking also available) with rental service, fine dining, beach bar/grill, free Par 3 golf course, boat launch/slips, multiple pools/hot tub, tennis courts and shuffle board all located on site.

Bohème at the Beach Destin 5 Min. walk to Beach

Bohème at the Beach is located 5 MIN. walk from O'Steen Beach in laid back Holiday Isle. Our location offers a Private Beach access to Emerald Beach (11 minute walk) with crashing waves of the ocean or the O'steen Public Beach access of calm harbor waters of the jetties, where the locals scuba dive and snorkel- also perfect for sunset watching! Walk to the marina and the local boat taxi will take you to Harbor Walk Village for dining and entertainment. Not suitable for infants.

Pool paradise with 75" TV - close to beach

Newly renovated condo with spectacular pool area close to the beach. *NO EARLY CHECK INS POSSIBLE DURING HIGH SEASON (March-October) during off season it depends on booking situation (back2back bookings) *RESORT FEE: separate charge not included in the initial charge. There is a resort fee due a few days prior to check in which we will request separately ($25/night). We have to charge separately as we are using a PMS that doesn't allow to add this charge. See below.

You can stand on the back deck and see views of the sugary white sand beaches that are right across the street from our place. Beach service at our private beach for 2 included.
