Stay, play or work in a unique newly-renovated historic building in downtown Yakima. This 1,000 sf condo is on the 2nd floor with a private secure entrance and stair access. The unit has 2 queen beds, full-sized LG kitchen appliances, large walk-in tiled shower, washer/dryer, and balcony. Many of Yakima's finest restaurants, theaters and amenities are in a 2-3 block radius. Only an hour from White Pass Ski Resort and short drives to local wineries. Downtown walkability at it's best.

Large (3,200 sq. ft.) four bedroom house, with lots of room for the entire family (and extended family). Located in the middle of Kittitas County, surrounded by 40 acres of pasture- this is a great country escape. We have large south facing valley views with lots of natural light and northern views of Mission Ridge. Located close to Ellensburg and CWU (10 minutes), Suncadia (40 minutes), Leavenworth (1 hour) and Vantage (40 minutes). We can accommodate 10 adults with up to 2 children.

The former art studio of Louis Kollmeyer still holds the artist's charm and creativity but updated for your stay in our rodeo city. Tumbleweed House aims to share with you the creative and western roots of Ellensburg. With multiple sleeping options, this can be a cozy getaway for two, a family retreat or a place to hang with friends. There's a fully outfitted kitchen and a washer/dryer for longer stays. Walking distance to downtown, Rodeo and Fairgrounds, CWU and the hospital.

The Depot House

Come stay in our conveniently located house just 6 blocks from Central Washington University and Historical Downtown Ellensburg. This house is located on a quiet bikeway for low traffic noise. A 1930’s home has been updated and feels open, clean, and welcoming. There is a cozy and private patio in the back to enjoy a cold beverage from one of our local breweries or a hot cup of coffee in the morning. Please come enjoy Kittitas County from this comfortable landing spot.

Great home in Yakima's Barge-Chestnut Neighborhood. Perfect for large groups, business travelers, wedding groups, wine tasting trips, all while overlooking Franklin Park. We have a brand-new remodeled kitchen and access to a pool shared with our home. With four bedrooms, and two bathrooms and is fully furnished, you will have a great time. Go for a nice walk or take the kids down to the park. Five minutes from C. Yakima.

Truly one of a kind tiny home! Located one mile from CWU campus. You are close to town yet surrounded by pasture. This tiny home has all the amenities you may need including roomy bathroom, full Kitchen, washer dryer, Internet, and TV. There is a 2nd story 10X10 deck looking East and below is a covered patio with a BBQ and Hot tub. Private with lots of outside space. Enjoy!

Cozy Pet-Friendly Cowboy House

Located on 2 peaceful acres & just minutes from CWU, fairgrounds, & downtown, the Cowboy House is the perfect spot for your time in Ellensburg. Bring your dogs to run free in the fenced pastures, relax on the comfy couch, & enjoy meals on the weather-protected porch. The driveway is a pull through so trailers are welcome. We have one security camera recording the driveway.

Our place is close to restaurants and dining, nightlife, public transport, and family-friendly activities. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). NOTE* You will only be charged the Security Deposit if you damage something!
