Guests will enjoy the home comforts of an open plan downstairs, which consists of a spacious kitchen, dining and lounge area. Ground floor bedroom with en-suite walk in shower, whilst two separate staircases take you to the first floor, where you will find three further bedrooms and two separate bathrooms.

There is also a sauna and swim spa on site which is shared with other guests although private slots are booked once you are on site.

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill.
