Hampton Bye Barn, Rural Retreat

Located within the heart of the stunning Cheshire countryside just minutes from the Sandstone Trail and only 20 minutes to the historic Cathedral City of Chester. Relax in this spacious barn conversion with beautiful views of both the Bickerton and Welsh Hills, with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, including a swimming pool for a relaxing & refreshing dip! The local area is bursting with activities for families or alternatively there is plenty of peaceful countryside to enjoy at your leisure.

The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Luxury Barn Conversion- Indoor Pool, Gym & Hot Tub

Longdon Barn is a brand new stunning luxury barn conversion within the Estate of Longdon Hall. This idyllic escape features your own private heated 12m indoor pool, hot tub and gym, 2 luxurious king size bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. The beautiful sitting room, with open-plan living-dining and new kitchen make the "Barn" an ideal property for a family or group of friends. In the heart of Solihull, walks to Knowle pubs/restaurants are on the doorstep, while Warwick and Stratford-u-Avon are nearby.

The Poolhouse

Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

The Shippen

Quaint Country Cottage within the Peak District

Situated conveniently alongside some of the delightful places that the Peak District has to offer. What used to be an old working farm has now been turned into its own little holiday village. Guests will enjoy the home comforts of an open plan downstairs, which consists of a kitchen, dining and living area, whilst upstairs, has two bedrooms (both can be made up as king or twin rooms) plus a separate family bathroom. Within 10 minutes walking distance of the popular Carsington Water Reservoir.

Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Walk to Chatsworth House (3 miles) across the fields following the River Derwent. Set in 9 acres of peaceful landscaped gardens with wonderful birdlife - but only a few miles from the market town of Bakewell. Plenty of great walks from the house plus all year round indoor heated pool shared with Woodside Cottage - also at the same location.

Set in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside in the village of Parkhead, between South Wingfield and Crich The property is an ideal base for walking, writing, climbing, cycling, exploring and relaxing. Lots of local walks Close to Crich Tranway and an ideal base for Chatsworth and Haddon The property is very rural with outstanding views across to South Wingfield Outside there is the use of an above ground pool during the summer and seating areas (closed Sept - mid May)

Bring your walking boots and walk directly to Tissington and beyond from your back door...don't forget the Stepping Stones in Dovedale! Antiques, books, games and dvd's, pure cotton linen...a real home from home. The cottage is all on one level -with a few steps up to the cottage.
