Kuća je udaljena 2 km od svih sadržaja.Nalazi se u središnjoj Istri, što je čini izvrsnim polazištem za istraživanje cijelog poluotoka. Natkriveni parking za 2 auta.

In period June-Aug, change over day is Saturday and for stays longer than 7 nights please send an inquiry. Other months, check-in day or min stay is flexible and we suggest to send an inquiry to confirm you availability.

The outdoor dining space is perfect to spend warm evenings in a good company. All of this is even better when you can enjoy the spectacular views and greenery that surrounds our beautiful villa. The garden has a lawn irrigation system.

House have three comfortable bedrooms, spacious living space with sofa bed which can be additional accommodation for two more individuals. There is a nice kitchen with dining area, and for romantic evening here is a fireplace. For outside enjoyment there is big terace with dining area. You can also relax in your lounger by the pool because house is surrounded by peaceful nature and meadows.

Pets are allowed and wellcome, and pet fee is 50e per pet, payable on the spot.
