Guest Suite with Private Entrance

My wife Justine and I are pleased to host this guest suite with private secure entrance and private bathroom. We do live in the main part of the house full time so you may hear us rattling around from time to time and coming and going or working in the yard but most of our time is spent at the opposite end of the house. The room is completely private and inaccessible from the main house. The screened in porch is shared with the main house. We do not currently have WiFi access in the Airbnb.

Close to Downtown and Main St, this is a great base to explore the area and the University. We are less than 3 miles from the University and Main Street. The suite is tastefully furnished in a neighborhood with mature trees. It is totally private, with a separate entrance and a keypad for self check in. Parking is available in the driveway. East of Route 1, equidistant to both Rehoboth & Dewey beaches, about 1/2 mile easy bike/walk. Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster oven for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

Contemporary pieces blended with rustic decor creates a relaxed and eclectic feel in the great room. The 2 bedrooms are a spa-romantic style in one bedroom (new queen!) and an elegant travel feel in the other (queen). This is a one-floor, private suite with a separate entrance. Full bathroom and simple galley-style kitchen. I am nestled a half a mile off of a secondary road on a ten-acre wooded lot. Lots of wildlife and extremely peaceful, a perfect getaway!

Enjoy a quiet, private setting just 3 miles from the Bethany Beach boardwalk. Nestled across from the Assawoman Wildlife Refuge, you can relax in a spacious home away from home. Plenty of room for the kids to play outside while you relax on the dock overlooking the pond. Guests have access to the second floor of the home which includes a full size kitchen, 3 bedrooms and living room that all have Smart TVs. Plenty of parking for you and guests.

The Hobbit House at The University of Delaware

The 1000 square foot lower level of our 1929 home features two living room areas, a bedroom with lots of natural light, a full bath, a breakfast room (no kitchen), and a private patio. You'll park in our driveway and use your own private entrance. Although the suite is mostly below-grade, there is a lot of natural daylight from all the windows and sliding glass door.
