This is a terrace-level guest SUITE in a home in a nice neighborhood with many high end homes. Very safe and quiet location with no thru traffic. This wonderful cozy studio is super private, with its own entrance right on the side of the house. Plus, it comes with a full kitchen and bathroom. It’s a peaceful, private space with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a big refrigerator, a queen-size bed, a 45” smart TV, a private entrance, an outdoor deck that leads to the backyard, and parking right next to the unit. We’re just a 30-minute drive to downtown Atlanta, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the GA Aquarium, and 15 minutes to Gas South Arena.

Nestled into the heart of Decatur, a quiet neighborhood accessible to downtown Atlanta, The Sunny Suite is a short walk to amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores. The apartment sits above our primary residence but has private parking and a quiet, private entrance. Guests describe our Beautyrest King Size Bed with Frette Linens as super comfortable. Easy access to the World Cup. Located in the historic Agnes Scott College neighborhood , the house is conveniently located between S Candler and S McDonough which leads into Decatur. Inviting front porch is shared between main house and suite. Lots of conveniences available, fast Wifi (20 MBPS). Comfortable King Bed with a dresser, closets, W/D and a wall mounted desk. Light filled bathroom has a large shower. The sitting room has a fold out sofa best suited for 1 adult or 2 children.

This unit is one of two in a beautiful 1930's southern home in the Edgewood neighborhood of Atlanta, offering a charming, rocking chair front porch as well as a large, covered back porch area. Parking is off-street at the back of the house. We welcome furry guests! Just be sure to include them in your reservation when booking as a pet fee will apply. Check-in is easy, and this unit is personally managed by owner, Mary Beth, who is nearby to make sure your stay is absolutely perfect.
