Quiet&beautiful apartment near lake & golf course

Great place to be with a small lake and a big golf course 2 min away (Heritage Golf Links). The neighborhood is extremely quiet, 15-20 min drive to Buckhead & Downtown Atlanta. The apartment is loft type, so in between the living room and bedroom the ceiling is a little bit lower at approximately 6 feet. Please pay attention if you are taller than 6 feet! Private walkway and entrance with shared fenced backyard.Bookings over 28 days need short rental contract signed! Pets allowed with extra fee!

Located in a quiet community, our basement apartment suite has been fully renovated, welcoming you in a French stylized cottage. We live on the main floor but made sure to fully sound proof and insulate the cottage's ceiling, in addition to creating a separate entrance and patio, providing privacy and comfort. Only 5 minutes to Stone Mountain Village and Stone Mountain Park, 30 minutes from the airport and downtown Atlanta, this location is both tranquil and convenient. A bientôt! :-)

Cozy, Fresh, and Peaceful Enjoy a beautiful lakefront studio with French doors and a stunning lake view right from your bed. The unit is newly built, freshly painted, and equipped with all new appliances. It is completely separate from the main house (Airbnb) and offers privacy and comfort. Pets are welcome with a pet fee based on size and length of stay. Please note that pets should not be left unattended for long periods. I truly hope you enjoy this space as much as I do.

There is a computer for business, school, internet shopping or if you just want to browse. Free WiFi and cable TV in each room and family room. There is a Keurig with a variety of favors including tea and hot chocolate. There is also a BBQ grill for your pleasure as well as a fire pit.
