Downstairs has an entrance lobby with stairs to the upper floor, a bedroom & spacious ensuite, shower room. Upstairs, is a kitchen with oven, hob, fridge & washing machine. Our self-contained, well equipped Annexe is converted from cattle sheds & a horse engine room. It's light & spacious and adjoins the timber framed barn where we live. We began the conversion work in 1995. The property sits in 5.5 acres of garden, surrounded by farmland. We are 5 miles north of the historic town of Framlingham & 16 miles from Suffolk's Heritage Coast. It's a peaceful, tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway. Suit bird watchers, walkers, cyclists, writers, artists, nature lovers .

The Nook is a cosy self contained accommodation with Kingsize bed, En-Suite shower room and Kitchenette with double Air-Fryer, Toaster, full size Larder fridge and Microwave-Grill oven. The parking is private to enable you to come and go as you please. There are beautiful views across the fields to meadows with horses grazing. From the property there is direct access to a Public Footpath, from here you can walk for miles in almost every direction. Debenham village is about a mile away.

Our annexe has its own entrance, guests have a large bedroom with a seating area. There is a further dining area to sit and breakfast in, and a shower room beyond. There is a kettle and toaster and a small fridge. Some fruit, yogurt, sourdough and spreads will be provided Our home was built circa 1490, the ceilings are low in the bedroom but can accommodate up to 6ft 4" without ducking
