Recently renovated, our home is perfect for a couple's getaway or family vacation. 2 BR/2 BA with fully equipped kitchen and deck overlooking Lake Petit. Deck furnished with eating area, 4 comfortable Adirondack chairs and propane fire table. The home is light and bright with circular, floor to ceiling windows allowing in natural light. Both bedrooms have queen beds.

I live on the main level and avail if you need anything. 18 ft ceilings and french doors look onto lake. Large tv area, library, bunk room, pool table and bar. Full kitchen. Our cottage is located at the base of the mountain on Lake Sconti at Big Canoe, we are a 5 min. walk to Black Bear Pub & Golf Center and a short drive to the Tennis Center, Wellness Center and Waterpark. We are also very close to the main gate for quick access to grocery stores, local restaurants, wineries, and popular wedding venues. Location, location, location.

The kitchen and bathroom are stocked with most anything you might need while traveling. You will love the jetted tub as well as the comfy king bed. (You will have the entire place to yourselves as the basement portion is currently being used as storage.)

Bring your boat and park it in the driveway or anchor it to the dock. Take the kayak out for a sunset or morning adventure. You have to enjoy this hidden gem for yourself!
