The Coop

The Coop is a luxurious, compact double en-suite room located just 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Dartmouth. It features a super comfy bed, stunning wet room, honesty bar & access via a shared porch for easy self check in. Whilst the coop is a small double, it is perfect for light travellers looking for a bolt hole to explore the area. There is free on street parking available nearby and the town centre is an easy walk down the hill, but we would recommend a taxi or bus back up!!

Sit & relax on the balcony or sofa & watch the comings & goings on the River Dart (Paddle Steamer, cruise ships & steam train).Centrally located in Kingswear across from the river with no hills to climb you'll be walking distance from the coastal path and ferries.All tourist attractions are close by with passenger & car ferries a few minutes walk away for a short river trip to Dartmouth.

Forming the top floor of our much loved Victorian villa and built on a sunny South facing valley, the apartment is a few steps down from road level, private parking & accessed via a foot bridge to your own dedicated entrance. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The Boat house is a luxurious relaxing space, with Veiws to die for. Please note the hot tub is not available with this accommodation. Where it has been reviewed Guests have used it as it was available and at my discretion. Sorry for any disappointment . By all means ask the question . Especially mid week and out of season bookings.
