Single + bunk beds (bedroom has low headroom on entrance - more suitable for children) Please note: there are 4 floors with steep stairs - so not ideal for toddlers or someone with mobility problems No parking space at the house

This is an interesting house, with an ancient footprint and very modern interior. It is built over three floors and is a 35 second walk to the river - we counted!

The Coop

The Coop is a luxurious, compact double en-suite room located just 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Dartmouth. It features a super comfy bed, stunning wet room, honesty bar & access via a shared porch for easy self check in. Whilst the coop is a small double, it is perfect for light travellers looking for a bolt hole to explore the area. There is free on street parking available nearby and the town centre is an easy walk down the hill, but we would recommend a taxi or bus back up!!

Originally a corn collection point, North Barn has been renovated to a beautiful, romantic ‘one-room-living’ self-catering space.
