Chapel Corner forms half of a converted Wesleyan Chapel built in 1864. It is centred in the beautiful, ancient village of Winkleigh which is the heart of Devon, equidistant from both coasts and moors and allows guests to explore this fantastic area. The Chapel is foremost a home; comfortable and quirky. There is a spacious kitchen with with a stunning staircase, a large sitting and dining room with cosy woodburner, two beautiful bedrooms, a modern shower room and bathroom. Parking for 1 car.

Harry's Hut is a 10 minute walk from the South West Coastal Path on the rugged North Devon coast, close to the Cornish border. It's a cosy, airy space - complete with wood-burning stove, pizza oven and fully-equipped kitchen - with great views over National Trust land. The Hut is perfect for those wanting to escape the big smoke, to chill in front of the fire, bird watch, walk, swim at secluded beaches or travel country lanes to enjoy this wilder patch of the English countryside and coastline.

The Old National School is a Grade II listed house, nestled in the beautiful hamlet of Sampford Spiney, located within Dartmoor National Park. Dating from 1585, the house sits in an idyllic spot between the Church and picturesque Sampford Manor. Originally the Church hall, it became the parish school in 1887 until 1923. It was only in the 1960’s that it became a residential dwelling. With its varied history, the house is quirky, with its lovely spacious rooms hinting at its eclectic history.

Set in unspoilt countryside with great sea views and easy access to the local beaches and the costal walk . Very Large open space with high ceiling , large windows, walk out on the garden for stunning views overlooking the sea. Inside area includes one king size double bed and one smaller four poster double, An en-suite all inclusive shower room, dining table, big wood-burner, large wall mounted surround sound TV with Netflix, comfortable seating areas. The Apiary is a converted hayloft sitting at the end of a 16th Century Dartmoor Farmhouse, a short ten-minute walk from Widecombe in the Moor and 200m from the Two Moors Way. With it’s own private parking & entrance, the elegantly furnished room features an eclectic mix of antique furniture and Smeg kitchen appliances. From April to August, wander 50m down the road to a five-acre wildflower meadow with a Dartmoor stream and a collection of wild orchids & swathes of native wildflowers.

A little unique gem full of character to enjoy

The Forge is a unique place full of character set at the edge of Dartmoor and only 2 miles from the market town of Tavistock. The Forge is a great place for cyclists and walkers, or if you just want to get away from it all. The Cornish Coast is not far and the city of Plymouth full of history is just a short car journey. Tavistock has the markets and lovely cafes and restaurants. The Forge has a log burner to snuggle up next too on those chilly evenings and a garden to enjoy.

Cosy 17th century Grade II listed cottage ,Totnes

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.

Dunstone Cottage

Relax in rural tranquillity. Ideal for country walks, with the Dartmoor National Park on your doorstep. The river Plym only minutes away. Local good food pub a mile away. The aga adds a constant warm, cosy ambience to the cottage in the cooler months. The hot tub, right outside your back door, available 24/7 Dog secure garden with views.
