Loft with amazing view on the beach - Chania

The loft is located right on Chrissi Akti Public Beach (Golden Beach), one of the best beaches close to Chania (4km, 8min), accessible also by bus. It offers an amazing view to the sea. The beach is literally in front of the building. There is free parking on the street right outside. The apartment is supplemented with a huge private veranda, where you can spend most of your time when not at the beach, and a separate room for laundry and storage. It is suitable for families with kids/babies.

The house is ideally located for those who are looking for the calmness of a seaside area, but at the same time very close to the city center. It is just 200m away from the sandy beaches of Agii Apostoli and 4km from the center of Chania. In walking distance there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bus stop towards the city center, a taxi station, many restaurants and local shops.

Our house lies in the district called "Chrisi Akti" (Golden beach), 4 kms away from the centre of Chania and only 150 m from the golden sandy beach. Three more beaches are at your "disposal" within a 5 min walk. Just a few steps from the house there is a lovely park where you can enjoy running, jogging or just walking early in the morning or late in the evening ideal spot for couple or families to discover real Crete.

Villa L1/ Boutique villa

Villa L1 was complete in June 2019 and sits close to the coastline of Agioi Apostoloi. It is a fine example of contemporary architecture and sustainability. The villa is placed next to the liquid element, which wraps around the front facade. Thus, with the use of large glass surfaces on the three sides, a visual relationship between the liquid element, the ground floor areas, and the external spaces is achieved.

Our lovely apartment at Daratsos is next to the sandy beach of Chryssi Akti (30 meters) and 2,5 km from the center of Chania. It has sea view from the living room and from the balcony. At the district you can find delicious traditional taverns and restaurants, bus stop, mini market and big supermarkets. The apartment is ideal for families and couples looking relax and comfort.
