Für alle, die auch ohne TV auskommen. 2 km vom Ort Falkenfels entfernt mit Burg und Dorfweiher. Das Straubinger Volksfest lockt, das Unesco-Welterbe Regensburg, Ski fahren oder Wandern in St. Englmar oder am Arber.

Die Design Loft-Wohnung besteht aus einem geräumigen Zimmer mit einer großen Schlafcouch (für Dauerschläfer) und TV sowie einer komplett eingerichteten Küche mit Spülmaschine und einem modernen Bad zur Alleinbenutzung. Das Haus liegt ruhig gelegen mitten im Wald auf einer Lichtung. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Ein Ort zum Entspannen und Krafttanken. Bäcker und Lokale im Ort erreichen Sie zu Fuß. Badeseen (Chiemsee, u.a.) Biketouren (BikePark Samerberg) und die Berge sind direkt vor der Tür.

This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. I'll provide personally to let you know all the place we live and enjoy as venetian people, with my personal point of view! I got a new Pocket Wifi system that you can bring with you all around the city and stay connected all the time!

Staying here is like being in your own home. In the renovation of the house whose construction dates back to the 1800s, I used the entire top floor to create three independent flats. Each flat has a private bathroom and kitchenette, so as to guarantee absolute privacy.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

Eigenes Landhäuschen in Stadtnähe

Dieses süsse Häuschen steht behütet und doch ganz privat in unserem Garten - Berghüttenfeeling. Wir haben 3 Kinder (10,7,4), einen Hund und freuen uns über Besuch der beides mag. Wenn gewünscht sind auch Schlafsofa, Babybett und Hundekörbchen vorhanden. Aufgrund des Coronavirus achten wir besonders darauf, häufig genutzte Oberflächen zwischen den einzelnen Buchungen zu desinfizieren!
