Family friendly villa, Quiet area 10 min from Stockholm and 5 minutes from beach Our Villa is 180 square meters that sits on a property of 1,500 green and lushus square meters. It has a spacious terrace; and is suitable for a maximum of Six people (if two adults share the 180cm bed and two share the 140) The garden is spacious and contains a swingset, slider, trampolin (with safety net) and a hamock in the shade. Dieses kleine Haus liegt ruhig und zentral in der Nähe der Stockholm C. Die Hütte ist neu und verfügt über Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine. Zur U-Bahn Mörby Centrum ist es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und mit der U-Bahn benötigt man 15 Minuten zur Stockholm C. Die Hütte ist sehr kinderfreundlich mit Spielplatz, kein verkehr. Auf dem Dachboden sind 2 Betten (90x200, neu, bequem). Wenn Sie mehr als 2 Erwachsene sind, muss jemand auf dem Dachboden schlafen. Ungünstig?

Modern mini house on island

This cozy, modern mini house is located on Tranholmen - a car free island a stone throw from the city. The house is 25m2 and sleeps up to three people in two separate sofa beds. It is fully equipped and has its own terrace, accessible by a large sliding glass door. A 10 min ferryride takes you to town and the underground. The tranquility of the island and the house in combination with the closeness to town gives the setting a uniqueness and the best of both - archipelago and the city.

Comfortable 1 room apartment, 15 minutes from central Stockholm, Stockholm Uni, Karolinska and Danderyds hospital. Right next to recreational forrest trails, golf course, bike tracks and beautiful lake Edsviken. Perfect for commuters, single travellers and couples looking for a central location in a beautiful setting with excellent communications. The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

Detta familjevänliga boende ligger i ett lugnt område med närhet till flera bad, golfbana, skog och hav samt bra kommunikation till Stockholm.(15min) Boende: Fyra sovrum med plats för 6-8 personer, arbetsrum och wifi finns. Tre badrum varav ett med bubbelbadkar och bastu. Utomhus: På den stora terrassen finns loungemöbler, matplats i inglasad pergola, utekök med grillar samt jacuzzi. I trädgården finns pool, solsängar, loungemöbler och studsmatta. Några cyklar finns att låna.

Our guesthouse is totally independent from the main buildning with private parking and access to the garden. Surroundings with beautiful walking trails in the nature and only 5 min walk to public swimming in the sea either from cliffs with a ladder to the water or a small beach suitable for smaller children. Two bicycles available to rent during your visit.
