Dieses kleine Haus liegt ruhig und zentral in der Nähe der Stockholm C. Die Hütte ist neu und verfügt über Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine. Zur U-Bahn Mörby Centrum ist es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und mit der U-Bahn benötigt man 15 Minuten zur Stockholm C. Die Hütte ist sehr kinderfreundlich mit Spielplatz, kein verkehr. Auf dem Dachboden sind 2 Betten (90x200, neu, bequem). Wenn Sie mehr als 2 Erwachsene sind, muss jemand auf dem Dachboden schlafen. Ungünstig?

Welcome to beautiful Näsbypark and our wonderful house. This sunny vila with perfect location near the sea, tennis court, playground, beach and the forest. With just 8 min walk to grocery shop, restaurants, pharmacy and the train station. Within 20 min you are in Stockholm city by train. A very child-friendly house with gates in the staircase and fenced plot. The house offers generous social spaces with open plan downstairs, one more living room upstairs, sunny terrace and a green fun garden.

Tranholmen är en bilfri, lugn, grön, idyllisk ö endast 20 min från centrala Stockholm. Perfekt om du vill kombinera lugnet i skärgården med sightseeing i Stockholms innerstad. Högt läge med sjöutsikt i flera väderstreck. Två stora terrasser med både morgon och kvällssol. Mycket barnvänligt med lekpark, fotbollsplan och sandstrand ett par minuter från huset. En stor studsmatta finns på tomten. Huset nås med SL-färja från Ropsten eller med pool-roddbåtar från Svanholmsparken, Stocksund.

Comfortable 1 room apartment, 15 minutes from central Stockholm, Stockholm Uni, Karolinska and Danderyds hospital. Right next to recreational forrest trails, golf course, bike tracks and beautiful lake Edsviken. Perfect for commuters, single travellers and couples looking for a central location in a beautiful setting with excellent communications. The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.
