Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

This 5 Star private guest suite located in Henry County, VA is separate from the main house. The apartment is 1000 square foot of living space. The new addition has beautiful granite countertops, ceiling fan, and a large bathroom with a ceramic walk-in shower. Great neighborhood, this in-law suite is about 40 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and 20 minutes from the Martinsville Speedway. Philpott Lake is 8 miles away. Industrial Park is less than 2 miles away. It is 8 minutes from SOVAH.

Enjoy nature on our large deck with ample patio furniture and a jacuzzi. Our 30 acre property has trails through the meadows, a pond, and creek and is a perfect view into tiny living! Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.
