* Waterfront cabin overlooking the lake. * Free kayaks: Kayak # 1: double sit-on-top ocean kayak. Kayak #2: single Pescador kayak. * Launch the Kayaks from the bottom of our ridge. * For boats: the boat ramp is 1/4 mile on Riverton Rd. * Wood burning outdoor fireplace on the open deck. Enjoy one of the 3 decks. Inside: * 3 queen beds, 1 bathroom, Central AC and heat, fresh bedding and towels, equipped kitchen. * Excellent WiFi at the cabin but cell service is spotty. Use WiFi calling.

This cozy a-frame is located in the lakeside neighborhood of Echo Point, on Cumberland’s South Fork. Swim or fish off the dock, bring a paddle board, or drop a boat in at the nearby ramp. Relax on the deck with rock wall views and towering trees. Perfect for a couple or a small family get away. Walk to water/dock via a rustic path and stairs (it’s a steep climb!) *Not ideal for people with mobility constraints.* Stores & restaurants are 15 min drive. Dogs (2 max) welcome for add'l fee.

When you are through for the day and after enjoying the enclosed hot tub/pool inside, go outside and enjoy the fire pit area. Horses welcome, small pasture area, no barn. Owners live on property, always available. Pet fee $25. Welcome to our cabin.
