The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. The house was an old peasant cottage renovated to modern standards with pool. The whole property is for your sole use. The only and nearest house is 50 meters away, but there is olive grove in between so you cannot see the neighbours and vice versa. The house is situated on the hill and you have direct view of Motovun and Mirna valley.
