The house is located at Agios Romanos' beach. The beach can be accessed on foot. There is a tavern, a small cafe and a beach bar. The sofas and the KIng size bed are built-in. The most outstanding feature of the house is the unique view, which you can enjoy from every room and the balcony. After every accommodation, the house is sanitized with the use of a steam cleaner and detergents that contain chlorine. During your stay and if you wish to, the house is cleaned every 3 days, free of charge.

The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

The miller's house is a 20 minute walk far from Chora, the main village of Folegandros.
