Plenty of activities including canoeing, kayaking, swimming, fishing, hiking or relaxing by the lake while enjoying a wood burning cedar sauna. From hiking in the wilderness, canoeing and kayaking the pristine waters of Killarney, fishing the waters of Tyson Lake & Spoon Lake or just relaxing with a good book. (Please Note: We do use a generator and have car/boat noise. We provide pillows, bed lines, and quilt blanket - bring an extra blanket in cooler weather. There is also no toilet or shower in the cabin.)

The Net Shed

Welcome to this historical landmark overlooking beautiful Lake Manitou; named The Net Shed. In 1991 the original fisherman's Net Shed was moved from its original 1920’s home in South Baymouth to Tehkummah and then in the mid-1990’s to its current home. Century Old Dovetail Cabin

Nestled between Sudbury & Manitoulin Island is our 400 acre property along the mighty Spanish River. Our cabin, originally built as a sauna in the 1920s, was converted to a sleep camp in the 70s. It features: bedroom w double bed; small enclosed sitting area w vault ceiling; screened-in porch w a twin bed; & deck overlooking the Spanish River. Head out to explore pristine, undisturbed wilderness at your doorstep.

The Cedar Rose

Built in 2018, our off-grid cedar cabin is tucked away in a mixed woodland on beautiful Manitoulin Island. It is uniquely decorated with antiques, thrift store finds and handicrafts collected from our travels around the world as far as Africa, Japan, Costa Rica and Canada’s Arctic. Our space is an inviting space to unwind, unplug and wake up to the sounds of the birds after enjoying the stars on a clear night.
