It is located 10 minutes walk from this authentic village where all the shops are present (spar, bakeries, butcher, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, cinema, hairdresser, cash point...). A 5x10 swimming pool has been created, heated and accessible from the beginning of May to the end of september. (depending of the weather) The house has 4 double bedrooms for 8 adults maximum and 1 dormitory with 4 single beds for 4 children. 4 shower rooms and 4 toilets. Living room, dining room and equipped kitchen (American fridge, oven, microwave, Nespresso, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) The living rooms open onto a sheltered south-facing terrace of 40 m2. Gas griddle (Forge Adour). Petanque ground, ping pong table in the garden! We point out that small children must always be under the supervision of adults whether on the suspended terrace (surrounded by railings of course) and also at the swimming pool…. Bed linen, bath and pool towels provided. Cleaning is included. On the other hand, we ask our guests to empty their trash, do their dishes and empty the dishwasher. Between the months of October and April, we carry out an electricity meter reading upon the arrival and departure of travelers. The kwh is re-billed at the current rate. This is to raise awareness of overconsumption of heating. Finally, the neighborhood is residential and quiet. Our guests are invited to respect this tranquility! À l’origine aux XVII-XVIII èmes siècles ce lieu servait de stockage puis il a été transformé en atelier. Aujourd’hui nous l’avons rénové et aménagé en un lieu unique : une pièce tout en longueur composée d’une petite cuisine, un coin salon, un espace chambre puis d’une salle de bain. Tous ces espaces se suivent sans séparation complète entre eux.
