Die zweite Etage des Hauses wurde kürzlich renoviert und besteht aus zwei Wohnungen, jede mit einer Küche, einem großen Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche. Jede Wohnung ist für 4 Personen geeignet. Sie können sich völlig entspannen, im Garten oder in dem neuen Schwimmbad chillen oder mit uns einen Boots-, Bade- oder Angelausflug machen (nicht inbegriffen). Halb oder Vollpension auf Anfrage möglich, gegen Aufpreis.

Ha il parcheggio privato e gratuito,l' acqua da rubinetto e' potabile, un terrazzo dove al mattino fai colazione e ammiri la meravigliosa vista su Grisignana. In base alla stagione, agli ospiti vengono offerti i prodotti biologici dell'orto: frutta e verdura e l'olio pluripremiato extra vergine di oliva. Dista una ventina di km dal mare.
