There are 67 uneven steps down to cottage from parking area. There are steps that lead to a trail and rocky beach. Property has a generator.

Our home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Kitchen, living room, office space, a porch overlooking the harbor with many cays and St. Thomas.
