Das Haus ist umgeben von Bäumen und mit Terrassen Wohnungen bieten einen freien Blick auf das Meer. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, noch ist in der Wohnung zu rauchen. Die Wohnung ist neu gebaut und ist komplett ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Es ist möglich, für Menschen mit Behinderungen zuzugreifen.

Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living area completely equipped with everything you need for perfect vacation. Apartment has floor heating great for a peaceful winter gateway.

Modern, beautiful and complete new apartment cca 80 m² situated on the third floor of the house with large terrace and spectacular sea view. Situated in a nice and peaceful part of Crikvenica, 600 m away from the beach and the city center you will need only approx. 10 minutes walk to get there, but enought away from the city noise you will get comfort accommodation with beautiful view, parking place for your car and swimming pool 28 m² with sun deck and BBQ area aviable for our guests.

Enjoy this unique and newly decorated apartment, 600 m from the first beach on foot. The apartment is located on a hill. It is divided into two separate units, each of which is about 40 square meters in size. They do not have internal communication, so it is suitable for a vacation for couples/friends or families with older children, where everyone has their own privacy. The facilities are connected by an outdoor covered terrace. Most markets are 10-15 min walk from the apartment.

Novo uređeni stan u Crikvenici udaljen 150 metara od mora nalazi se na prvom katu obiteljske kuće s posebni prilazom. Stan je novo renoviran 2023. godine. Sastoji se od prostrane, dobro opremljene kuhinje s dnevnim boravkom i blagovaonom sa stolom za šest osoba. Obje spavaće sobe imaju pogled na more te izlaz na balkon. U kupaoni se nalazi walk in tuš kabina, umivaonik s ormaricem, perilica i wc. Stan ima dva parkirna mjesta te veliko dvorište s roštiljem.
