A sweet private 550sq 1 bedroom guest house with a full kitchen with everything u would need. 1 bedroom with a queen bed plus a pull out sleeper. The bathroom has a shower. Your own private washer/dryer. DVD with several movies for your viewing pleasure & a smart TV. We have a huge backyard with a pool. We are happy to share. It incredible to have a glass of wine and watch the sunset in the evening. Go out in the morning and see all the free range bunnies and feed the animals. Safe area.

Inside you’ll find original old creaky wood floors, comfortable leather furnishings, fast internet+ smart tv. There’s also a remote controlled gas fireplace with darling vintage mantle, nice kitchen+inside laundry too.

Bamboo Bungalow

Nestled in a serene park like setting this charming one room bungalow offers a peaceful retreat from a busy world! Paradise park is located on about 1/2 acre with lots of trees, flowers, paths for walking, seating areas for relaxing and its own river, pond and water wheel! Bamboo Bungalow consists of one room with a queen bed and a bathroom. There is also a separate laundry room and kitchen/dining area. A second one bedroom unit is also available on the property named Water Wheel Cottage.

Adorable 2-bedroom country guesthouse

Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

Nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas just 38 miles from Yosemite Natl Park, and 5 min from moccasin boat launch lake Don Pedro. Our home is located in central San Joaquin Valley, amongst the farming industry. Out in the country away from the traffic and noise of town but still close enough to Highway 99 for easy access. A prime location for a home base for taking in all CA has to offer. Yosemite, Monterey, and San Fran are all just a 2 hour drive from our home. There will be some fresh baked goods and a few other breakfast items for you to enjoy your first morning.

The Heart of the Valley: Smart Modern Farmhouse

The Heart of the Valley takes it's name after what the city of Turlock represents to the Central Valley, it's heart. I wanted to use this as inspiration to create a home the embodied this. I worked closely with local interior designer, Marísela Rodríguez, to come up with a home design where guest can enjoy the convenience of modern technology while still having that warm, welcoming feeling a farmhouse has to offer.
