Smještaj uključuje ograđeno dvorište s vrtom i besplatnim parkingom te prostorom za sunčanje i roštiljanje. Jedinica uključuje sobu sa televizijom i klima uređajem, odvojenu kupaonicu i kuhinju sa perilicom posuđa, mikrovalnom pećnicom, kuhalom za vodu i ostalim kuhinjskim priborom. Stan se nalazi na 2. katu, ima 52 kvadrata. Ima dvije spavaće sobe te jednu kupaonicu, kuhinju(kompletno oprmeljenu), hodnik i dnevni boravak. Ima pristup internetu te dvije televzije. Pušenje je dozvoljeno. Stan se nalazi 1 minutu od samog centra grada gdje možete pronaći razne restorane, trgovine i sve što vam treba.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

L'appartamento si trova a 1200 metri dalla spiaggia ed a 500m dal villaggio Beli. Subito sotto la casa si trova il Pansion Tramontana (ristorante). Abbiamo il parcheggio apposito per i nostri ospiti. In spiaggia si puo andare a piedi (10 minuti) o in macchina. Avete a disposizione 1 camera matrimoniale, 1 divano letto in cucina (completamente fornita di tutto l'essenziale), loggia con vista mare, bagnio e TV.
