Fairlight Maison

Beautifully decorated and is equipped with everything you'd need for a home away from home stay. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds. Separate living room with a cosy fireplace and dinning room for 6 people. A charming study with a small daybed, a desk and printer. Well equipped kitchen good enough for any chefs. Sunny balcony off the master bedroom to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. A plunge pool with sunbed in the rear courtyard garden for soaking up the sun or alfresco entertaining & relaxation. We provide luxurious bedding linen, Egyptian Cotton bath towels, high end bathroom amenities including a hairdryer. Unfortunately we do not provide beach towels and we don't have a BBQ. There is a Nespresso Coffee machine in the kitchen and we provide a few coffee pods to get you started but you will have to purchase the additional pods at our local supermarket, Coles. Instant coffee and a small selection of tea are there for you to use of course. Guests will have access to the entire house by themselves. Guests will have full privacy. The house is conveniently located within a 10-20 minute walk of the famous Manly Beach precinct, home to a multitude of trendy cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. In addition, there's easy access to outdoor activities, such as bushwalking and surfing. If you don't want to do the 10-20mins walk to Manly, there is a local free bus shuttle (Hop Skip & Jump Bus) that takes you to directly to Manly Beach and Manly ferry. The bus stops right across the street in front of the house and comes around every 30mins. To go into the city there is also a public bus stop just around the corner but we suggest you take the scenic ferry ride across the Harbour into Sydney and you'll be in the heart of Sydney's tourist attractions. If you have a car you can park on the street in front of the house. There is always plenty of parking available. Fairlight La Maison is a terrace house on 3 levels so there are steep narrow stairs which might not be suitable for young children not used to stairs and elderly people. We have a gas fireplace. There is a Nespresso machine but only a sample of pods will be provided to get you started. If you would like use the Nespresso Coffee machine then you will need to buy extra coffee pods at the local supermarket. We don't have a BBQ. You will also need to bring your own beach towels as we do not provide beach towels at the house. We don't own a cat but our neighbours do. Nero is the black cat and Oscar is the grey marble cat. They are super friendly cats and often wander into the house if the doors and windows are left open. If you are allergic to cats we suggest you don't allow them in the house.

Meine Wohnung ist die gesamte Etage eines Eckgebäudes im Herzen von Surry Hills, die als French Quarter bekannt ist. Es hat 4 m hohe Decken und Fenster auf allen Seiten die ihr eine leichte, luftige Atmosphäre geben. Der offene Wohnbereich hat eine neue architektonisch gestaltete Küche, Essbereich, Wohnzimmer und Büro aus anmutigen Proportionen mit einem Julia Balkon und Blick auf einen fantastischen Gemeinschaftsgarten. Das Schlafzimmer ist geräumig und führt zu einem privaten Garten auf dem Dach. Das Bad ist großzügig und verfügt über eine luxuriös tiefe Badewanne. Es gibt eine separate voll ausgestattete Waschküche. Meine Wohnung ist mit einer eklektischen Mischung aus Designer-Möbeln und gesammelten Schätzen dekoriert um einen ruhigen, luxuriösen Zufluchtsort zu schaffen. Die berühmte Bourke St-Bäckerei und Bills Cafe sind in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie Toko, Pizza Birra, Messina Gelato und dem leckeren Crown St Organic Cafe. Es ist ein kurzer Spaziergang bis zur Oxford Street, die Stadt, Paddington, Centennial Park und Central Station. Sie werden keine bessere Lage in Surry Hills finden.

Beach front Luxury escape for 2 only. No parties allowed, it is on the lower level of our house, which overlooks Sydney Harbour, It has its own private entrance and is totally separate, it has direct access to the beach in Clontarf, there are 62 steps up to the apartment. We are on the Spit bridge to Manly walk which is stunning. Seaforth Village and Manly are close. Sandy bar cafe at the Marina and Bosk in Park, also a wide variety of first-class dining and shopping options are close by
