There is an outdoor fish cleaning area, a freezer for the carcasses, and we are a 5 minute walk to Pymatuning Lake State Park to fish the jetty, rent boats & kayaks or launch your own boat at the Marina. Enjoy the beach area with a playground. The Spillway (where the ducks walk on fish!) is minutes away! House Only, does not include garage or shed.

A large private backyard with fire pit situated on a quiet street. The cottage is conveniently located a half a mile from Manning boat launch and Tuttle point and 1.6 miles from Espyville Marina. There are two walking paths in our community that will take you to the lakeshore. Both are approximately a half mile walk.

You’ll love my place because of 3+ acres to enjoy with walking trails, an outdoor fire pit in a quite, country setting with air conditioning in the living room. Bend in the road cottage is a little slice of heaven. Located on a country dirt road very quiet, peaceful, and secluded. Sit on the deck in the mornings and listen to the birds. Enjoy a peaceful night by the fire in the evenings. Walk in the woods. Staying in a secluded country setting, you may see cute little deer, turkey, foxes, squirrels an occasional skunk. At our country backroad cottage we have bear and coyotes may be heard howling and hunting the woods at night. Enjoy country living😍
