Whether for summer days at the beach or for a cosy winter stay with our heated swim spa, it has everything for a 1 or 2 x family stay, a romantic getaway or a weekend away with friends or pets all year round. Red Rocks is also the best base on Phillip Island - literally across the road to the beach and bush trails, while only 5-10 mins by car to the Penguins, the Surf beaches and the Race Track. Yallumbee Beach Studio - Balnarring Beach

Yallumbee Beach Studio is a beautiful, spacious retreat just 5 minutes walk to Balnarring Beach on the Mornington Peninsula. The studio is a newly renovated space, detached from the main property, that gives your own space to call home with the added benefits of a sunny deck, pool access and a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ area. A private retreat only 10 to 15 minutes away from the heart of the Mornington Peninsula’s wine region, Yallumbee Beach Studio is the perfect space to unwind and relax.

Red Rocks Unplugged

Our family home is a three minute walk to Red Rocks Beach and a short distance from the centre of Cowes, this house has everything you'll need for a relaxing and peaceful stay. There is no wifi in the house, so take this as your permission to switch off and indulge in the wonderful island surrounds. There are two split system air conditioners (lounge and master bedroom) and ceiling fans in bedrooms. STRICTLY NO PARTIES. If you are found to break the rules, you’ll be asked to leave.
