Bussells Bushland Cottages - Couples/Small Family

Bussells Bushland Cottages is a 20 hectare "Land for Wildlife" property. Our 8 rammed-earth cottages are set apart in order to preserve privacy. Walk trails criss-cross the bush block which has wonderful stands of old-growth trees, as well as being home to a wide variety of bird life and mobs of kangaroos. The quoted room rate for 1 or 2 persons is based on the use of 1 bedroom. If, for any reason, guests require to use the 2nd bedroom, an extra bed charge will be levied payable before arrival.

Our cottages are spread out over a large treelined block. We are surrounded by farms and native bushland yet only 10 minutes from Margaret River and the regions wineries. Moondyne cottage is perfect to relax and unwind. The bathroom contains a large spa bath and the kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. Whether you enjoy lounging on the verandah listening to the birds, hiking the coastal tracks, exploring local wineries or riding your bike on the tracks nearby there is something for you.

Beautiful scenery, seven minute drive to Margaret River town and both Gracetown and Prevelly beaches, farm stay experience. IMPORTANT: This apartment is attached to our family home and you might hear our children sometimes. Bonus: Kids might play together ;-) Farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Studio Metta ( Shire approval P220383) is a cosy, light and bright self contained studio. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, a great bathroom with high ceilings and a generously sized living area which incorporates a kitchenette and fridge, a sofa, an occasional chair and a small table for dining. Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

Jersey Queen is a 2-bed, family-friendly guest house with a relaxed country vibe. Best suited to families and couples staying together. This special place will make you feel right at home. Only a 5-minute walk to Cowaramup main street for food, coffee and drinks. *NB, Additional charge of $40/night for 5th guest (fold-away bed and linen to suit a child) *NB, We live in the adjoining property with a child and a dog. “The Barn” was completed at the beginning of 2018 and is located within the grounds of Westgate Farm, a 100 acre working horse and cattle property in Cowaramup. The open plan, one-bedroom property has a covered terrace to the north which enjoys panoramic views of the property and surrounding countryside. Spectacular sunsets can also be enjoyed from a private walled courtyard adorned with olive trees. The Barn is strictly for two adults only.
