Welcome to “SeaBreeze” – your relaxing home from home experience in Portstewart on the wonderful North Coast of Northern Ireland. We are located in a quiet street with green space which is safe for children. We are located within a few minutes’ drive of Portstewarts’ renowned promenade with its’ famous ice-cream, coffee shops and restaurants. We are also just under a mile from Portstewart’s famous blue flag beach where you can visit Harry’s Shack and enjoy your meal right on the beach. Portstewart’s championship golf links course is a two-minute drive from the house which is sure to appeal if you fancy a round of golf. The house is a two-minute walk from a Tesco supermarket, a diversity park for children and Flowerfield Arts Centre. The bustling shopping town of Coleraine and the Riverside Theatre are less than five minutes away. We are also less than a ten-minute drive from all of the attractions of neighbouring Portrush with its’ world class golf course and numerous restaurants. Other local attractions include the world-famous Giants’ Causeway as well as the Bushmills Distillery, the Dark Hedges, Dunluce Castle, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge and the beautiful seaside town of Ballycastle where you can take the short boat trip to Rathlin Island. We are also less than half and hours’ drive from the beautiful beaches at Castlerock and Downhill, Mussenden Temple and the ferry ride to Donegal a few miles along the coast road at Magilligan Point. If you are using public transport an hourly coastal bus service is available within a few metres of the front door of the house and the train stations at Coleraine and Portrush are less than ten minutes away. Rathlin View Cottage Ballycastle overlooks the sea

This charming, traditional Irish cottage has been fully restored and is uniquely situated on an outcrop of rock. It has a walled garden which is washed on two sides by the sea. It has a stunning location, with breathtaking views out over the sea to Fair Head, Rathlin Island, Kenbane and the Scottish coast. The new conservatory, is an additional feature for guests to enjoy the magnificent views. The cottage accommodates four and has an open fire and oil fired central heating.

The Floating Boathouse at Carrickreagh FP250

A unique stay on Lough Erne. This fully floating house boat is finished to an exceptional standard. The accommodation is open plan with a full size double bed, and a sofa bed that converts to a double bed. A travel cot can included upon request. There is a fully functioning kitchen complete with electric hob, oven & fridge. Outside there is a Weber charcoal BBQ for guests use (fuel not included). There is a full shower room. All bedding & towels are provided.

Whiterocks Villa

Beautiful property inside and out with the most stunning views of Royal Portrush Golf Course and only a stones through away from whiterocks beach. This home really need to be seen to be appreciated in its full entirety. Enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace and watch the sun set over the Whiterocks, take romantic walks along the beach or head into Portrush (1 mile away) for a night to remember. Once you stay one or two nights you will want to come back again.

Stunning house, stunning sea views and gardens

An architecturally designed modern home on the Wild Atlantic Way, overlooking a wild bird sanctuary with an elevated bird hide at the bottom of the garden; binoculars and bird books in the library. The house is a short drive to Malinhead with its Northern Lights and its Star Wars' location and yet only 2 kms out from Malin Village. The beautiful Five Fingers Strand is a short drive or longer walk away. The hottub is also available for guests.

Sarah’s cottage has just had its annual refresh and two brand new mattresses in preparation for our guests. The cottage sits just off the main road into Portballintrae and its proximity to the beach & tramway makes it the ideal base for exploring the North Coast's many attractions. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new cooker, comfortable living space & large rear garden perfect for enjoying summer days and evenings in the sunshine.

Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.
