The bedroom is equipped with 32-inch smart TV, Hairdryer,Kitchenette including microwave, mini fridge, complimentary water, tea/coffee making facilities, biscuits, plates, cutlery and bathroom providing towels and toiletries. The bedroom has a Double bed, Desk, Mirror, Chair, Bedside Tables, Chest of Drawers, Freestanding Clothes Hanger and Central Heating. Maximum occupancy is 2.

I want to welcome people and their dogs to our home in the village of Rowlands Gill just 8 miles from the centre of Newcastle. I have 2 bright, spacious bedrooms with 2 shower rooms. Attic in my shared home. I'm vegetarian. The house is spacious with tranquil garden, in friendly street in the West End. We are a pleasant 15 mins. walk to the town centre for shops, pubs and restaurants. Close to the Memorial Hospital for NHS workers. Great for work, visiting friends/family or holidays. Breakfast can be arranged "make it yourself" fashion at an additional cost of £5. Vegan and gluten free food on offer. Wifi is fast. EVs can be charged at an additional cost. Please discus.

Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland are each only about 6 miles away. My house is in a quiet cul de sac and the rear garden backs onto the Coast-coast cycle track
