Very pleasant, recently renovated detached house situated at the bottom of the garden, quiet, 60 square meters. Benefits from a private entrance and parking, and a roof covered with grass. 5 minutes walk from the train station that, every 30 min, takes you to the centre of Paris, or to Disneyland in 20 min. Walking distance to the town centre and its shops. Close to Lagny and its farmers' market (three times a week and Sunday) and its many shops. The garden is big, common with our own house.

A RER E station, 2 bus stops (within 3-minute walk). Gare de Lyon/ Gare St Lazare: 30mins by RER. Disneyland/ La Vallée Village: 20mins by car; 35-50 mins by RER. 30-35mins by RER to Center Paris(eg. Opéra, Musée du Parfum, Galeries Lafayette/ Printemps on Boulevard Haussmann).

Une maison à deux pas du Bois

Notre maison est confortable et située derrière un petit immeuble du début du XXe siècle très calme, à 5 minutes à pied du métro (ligne 1 du métro qui traverse tout Paris très rapidement). Le bois de Vincennes est à 200 m et Paris au bout de la rue. Attention, il s'agit de notre résidence principale et non d'une maison de location. Elle n'est donc pas vide, mais pleine... de notre vie et nous y tenons.
