Salt Lake City, Holladay Area

This is a one bedroom apartment built on the side of a large rambler house on a corner lot. The apartment faces north and our house faces west. It has a private entrance, and a private driveway. Everything you could possibly need for a great stay. It was built from the ground up 11 years ago. We have a new puppy who is a very naughty little Jack Russell Terrier and has not yet learned not to bark at the doorbell or strange noises. If that will bother you a lot, this might not be a good fit.

I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease. Backyard & dog run unavailable April - August 2026.

Fantastic two bedroom apartment! Minutes from the world's best skiing! Separate entrance in a single family home! This mother in law style accommodation is very spacious ( 1100 sq ft) and includes two bedrooms with super comfy queen sized mattresses, living room with a large sectional, flatscreen TV, laundry room, bathroom, kitchenette including fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. We have room for one car in the driveway. 25 min from the Salt Lake International airport.
