Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. The Golden Bear’s Lair is close to everything! Five minutes from Baylor & McLane Stadium, less than 10 from Spice Village, Magnolia Silos, Cameron Park and the zoo. 3 minutes from Magnolia Table. Fenced yard and parking. This is the front unit, so when available, both units can be rented for two families or groups. Starbucks is 170 steps away. There is a communal backyard with a patio, grill, and fire pit. Both units have a UV system to help remove viruses, bacteria, and mold. Keypad entry.

Our space may be small but it has all of the amenities you would need for a relaxing stay. You will enjoy your own space in this studio like setup which includes a living area, bed area, kitchen, full bathroom, and even your own driveway for parking. We can’t wait to host your Waco stay!

Old garage turned urban cabin. Just renovated into a quaint and modern space. Centrally located, this home is only a 5-10 drive to Magnolia, downtown, and Baylor. With a 2-5 minute walk you can get some of the best coffee, healthy breakfast & lunch, and cocktails in town. Pinewood Coffee Bar, Harvest on 25th, Sloane's and Pinewood Public House are each one block away. The neighborhood is right next to Castle Heights, which is a lovely neighborhood to walk in.
