The historic "Commercial Hotel" is one of the original Bed & Breakfasts in Cotter that dates back to 1903! This is the oldest standing building in Cotter and fully renovated. You are renting the entire building and will have exclusive access with no shared spaces. The "Commercial Hotel" is in the heart of Cotter's newly established entertainment district and a short walk to the beautiful White River, boat ramp, and Big Spring Park that is complete with a rope swing! We welcome you to our home which sits on The White River! This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. There are 2 tvs/w Dish, dvd player & dvds. The home is not equipped with wifi. There is a set of stairs in the house and down to the river. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house.
